Non-returnable situations

  • The inspection period has expired.
  • The vehicle has been modified or damaged after delivery.
  • The return request was submitted after the allowed timeframe.
  • The product shows signs of use or alteration not present at delivery.
Important: For seller and buyer protection, payment must always be validated before transfer. Payments made without confirming the payment details through our support team may not be eligible for refund review.

Refund processing

  • Refunds are reviewed after the return is approved.
  • The vehicle, documents, keys, and accessories must be returned.
  • The full purchase amount may be refunded if the claim is approved.
  • No hidden fees or deductions apply to approved eligible returns.
